How do I sign in?

PixelPlanets uses Google and Apple sign-in. Tap Start chatting in the top right, choose a provider, and you are in. We do not collect a password or a long profile.

What is masked video, and do I have to use it?

Masked video is a one-on-one video call where both sides can wear a playful pixel mask. It is optional — you can always start with text or voice instead, or turn your camera off.

Are matches real people?

Yes. PixelPlanets matches you with real users who are online at the same time. We do not use chatbots or scripted conversations to keep you on the app.

How many matches can I get per day?

Free accounts can use each matching type (text, voice, masked video) up to 10 times per day. Members get unlimited matches, longer calls, and more drift bottles.

How does billing work?

Memberships are billed through Stripe and auto-renew monthly, quarterly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. You can cancel anytime from Settings and keep access until the period ends.

Can I get a refund?

If a recent charge does not feel right, email support@pixelplanets.chat with your account email and the charge date. We review every refund request individually under our fair-use policy.

Is PixelPlanets safe to use?

Every call has one-tap report and block controls. Video can start masked, friend chats require both sides to confirm, and you can leave any match instantly with no penalty.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the profile card inside any match, planet room, or friend chat, then tap Report or Block. Blocked users cannot match or message you again.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, conversations, and matches are removed within 30 days, except for records we must keep for fraud or safety investigations.
